This website does not use advertising cookies and does not sell personal information.

When you book a call, fill out the onboarding form or message us, the details you share (such as your name, contact information, training history and goals) are used only to provide coaching services to you.

Booking and forms may be handled by third-party tools (such as the booking calendar and Google Forms), which process data under their own privacy policies.

Athlete Hub

Current athletes can use the private Athlete Hub at /hub. It keeps your name, email and phone, your coaching plan and payment records, the messages you exchange with Vans Catindoy, and your onboarding answers: birth date, address, work schedule, weight and height, fitness background, injuries, training schedule, gear and any equipment photos you upload. It also keeps the races you add and private notes your coaches write about your training; you can ask to see those notes. Weekly check-in answers stay in Google Forms. Injury, weight and other health details are sensitive personal information under the Data Privacy Act of 2012; only you and Vans Catindoy can see them, and they are used only for your coaching. We ask for your consent the first time you sign in, and again if this notice changes.

Profile photos and the community are optional. Your coaches see your photo. If you join the hub's members-only community, other members see your first name, photo and the posts, photos and comments you share, but never your contact details, payments, races, check-ins or onboarding answers. You can delete your posts and comments or leave at any time.

The hub runs on Supabase (database, hosted in Singapore) and Vercel (website). Payments are processed by PayMongo and emails are sent through Resend. Some of these providers store data outside the Philippines; ARISE remains responsible for it. Notification emails never include the content of your messages.

Messages and onboarding answers are deleted 12 months after your coaching ends. Payment records are kept for as long as tax rules require. You can ask to access, correct, download or delete your data at any time. Vans Catindoy is ARISE's data protection officer.

Reviews

If you leave a review on this website, we keep your name, rating, review and, if you give it, your email. Your email is only used to confirm you trained with ARISE and is never shown. Reviews appear on the site only after we approve them, and only with your agreement. Ask us any time to remove yours.
